2025 Survey for Seniors Active Living Centre Programs

As you may be aware Mapleridge receives some funding from the Provincial Government’s “Seniors Active Living Centre Program”.

As part of this funding, we are required to survey our members once a year to determine the outcomes of our programs. Please indicate your level of agreement.
